Submit Your Work for Review

Send the photographs and print details that let us see what a buyer will receive. Use the checklist below, then share the portfolio and process behind the work.

Show the Print, Not Just the Artwork File

A screen file can hide the paper, scale, signature, condition, and packaging. A listing cannot move forward until the photographs and records describe the real print a buyer would receive.

Six required listing photographs: straight-on print, room scale, image detail, signature and edition, paper edge and finish, and packaging and label.
Use one finished print for the whole set so the views, marks, and paperwork agree.

Six Photographs Required for a Print Review

  1. Straight-on print Photograph the complete print square to the camera in even light. Keep every edge visible.
  2. Room and scale Show the finished print in a real room at an honest size. Do not enlarge it to make the work look bigger.
  3. Image detail Move close enough to show focus, texture, color, and print condition without a filter.
  4. Signature and edition Show the signature, edition fraction, proof mark, stamp, or approved label in its real location.
  5. Paper edge and finish Use side light to show the paper thickness, texture, sheen, and unprinted margin.
  6. Packaging and label Show how the print is protected and how its title, edition, and delivery record stay matched.
